In the district of Sacromonte, in a quiet, sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. Private: terrace, garden furniture. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Grocery 500 m, restaurant 500 m, bar 100 m, bus stop "Albayzín - Granada Centro" 50 m. Nearby attractions: La Alhambra 2 km, Catedral de Granada 1 km. Please note: car not advisable.

4-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Fully renovated in 2018, very comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and digital TV. 2 small double bedrooms, each room with 1 double bed (135 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 pull-out bed (1 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. 2 large terraces, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of La Alhambra. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). VTF/GR/04107
