Botanica is a 42-storey residential building in Dubai Marina, Dubai. This fully furnished studio offers a comfortable and convenient living space near the beach. The tastefully designed studio features an open layout with a well-furnished living area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Dubai Marina's vibrant district provides various dining, shopping, and entertainment options. These Tower is the only private residence in Dubai with a tropical sky garden, which is located on the 27th floor.
The space
Our uniquely designed luxury apartment feature a studio with a fully equipped open kitchen, bathroom and a balcony with Marina views. One allocated parking spot in the underground garage is included in the rent (we will inform you about the specific parking slot in advance).
LIVING ROOM
The tasteful interiors and top of the line appliances are designed for comfort and functionality, and include:
-The living room has a sitting area with a sofabed. and a dining area that sits 4.
- 4K Smart Ultra HD TV.
- Free high-speed Wi-Fi internet access
- A King-size bed with high-quality hotel style mattress ,bedding fitted linen and two pillows on top.
DINING AREA
- A dining area that sits 2 with high like bar stools
BATHROOM
- An adjacent full bathroom in the hallway when coming inside the apartment.
-The bathroom comes with amenities like 2 white towels, shampoo, bath gel and facial soap to spoil yourself.
BALCONY
- The apartment comes a spacious balcony with outdoor furniture giving Marina views.
KITCHEN
-The open kitchen comes with high-end electrical appliances such as toaster, water kettle ,fridge, washing machine, electric cooker and microwave.
-Also for cooking and serving we have cooking utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, and kitchenware set.
Guest access
The guests will have access to the swimming pool, parking and gym.

Check-in and Check-out Timings
Standard check-in time is 3:00PM -6:00PM and check-out time is from 7:00AM - 11:00AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to the availability and additional charges may apply of 300 AED.
Guest Registration
We will need passport (or Emirates ID) copies of all guests and visitors at least 48-hours in advance in order to register your stay with community/building security and portal. We cannot guarantee your check-in if copies of your IDs or passports are not provided on-time.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1000 smoking fee.
