The space
Located in the heart of South Forest Beach, our Ocean Dunes DIRECT OCEANFRONT villa was recently renovated down to the studs. BRAND NEW EVERYTHING! Even the pool is brand new! Guests will appreciate the genuine wood flooring, updated kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, pocket-door in bedroom to create a more spacious feel, and a useful hallway closet that includes a washer/dryer... the only in-room washer/dryer in the entire complex!
Perfect for a romantic getaway, friend bonding trip or a small family vacation. Our one-bedroom offers 538 square feet of pure coastal bliss! Come and smell the salty ocean air and enjoy the breezes through the palm trees from our direct ocean front balcony.
Ocean Dunes is located in the South Forest Beach area directly nestled in between the Marriott Grande Ocean ($550 per night) & Hilton Ocean Oak ($50,000 timeshare/$700 per night). You will enjoy the same fantastic ocean front location and access to some hotel amenities (like the ocean front tiki bars), for less than half the cost of staying at either of these resorts. Ocean Dunes provides a tranquil ocean front experience. Just steps outside of the door, we boast our own private pool with direct beach access and private beach cabana bathrooms.
Coligny Plaza and the public beach are located a few blocks down within easy walking distance. The plaza offers unique shopping, casual or fine dining, as well as great live entertainment. Sea Pines infamous Harbour Town and South Beach make for a great bike ride or short drive. Golfers will enjoy dozens of nearby challenging public championship golf courses.
Bed linens, bath towels, extra pillows and blankets, plus a small supply of toiletries are supplied as well. We offer a comfortable queen bed in the master suite with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Flat screen TV’s in both living and bedroom with digital cable and free Wi-fi. The living room opens onto a balcony/deck overlooking 2 pools with direct ocean views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer and stocked with everything you will need for meal prep. This villa is conveniently located on the 1st floor with minimal steps up to the front door. There is a ramp as well as elevators. Ocean Dunes also provides luggage carts for unloading and loading your personal belongings. (Note: even though we are on the first floor we are elevated high enough to provide ocean views from the generous balcony).
This villa is smoke-free (including balcony) and pet-free. We appreciate your consideration. Enjoy your stay!

Guests can access the Ocean Dunes pool, private beachfront cabana, patio with charcoal grills, two separate outdoor spray showers, the adjacent Ocean Oak poolside bar/grill and sundries shop serving Starbucks coffee, and the beachfront tiki bar located at the adjacent Marriott Grande Ocean Resort.
Other things to note
Construction on the adjacent Hilton Ocean Oak resort is complete. You can now enjoy the pool-side refreshment facility at Ocean Oak, as well as the tiki bar with live entertainment at our other neighbor, the Marriott Grand Ocean.
We also provide two beach chairs for your enjoyment.
