Large 1900 liberty style villa of 300 square meters, able to accommodate 13 people with 5 double bedrooms, one with two extra beds and one with an extra bed, 5 complete bathrooms and 1 bathroom for the disabled. Air conditioning in 5 bedrooms. The villa has an above ground swimming pool, a large garden equipped with a gazebo, deck chairs and sun loungers, an equipped loggia, a portable barbecue and is surrounded by a large wood for beautiful walks. Parking.

The villa is characterized by a large park adorned with oaks, cypresses, flowers and lemon trees in ancient terracotta pots and partly planted with lawn. The above ground pool is placed in a panoramic position with a 360 degree view of the rolling hills dotted with vineyards. The pool, rectangular in shape, measures 8x4 with a depth of 130 cms. The solarium area around the pool is paved and equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, deck chairs, a gazebo and a portable barbecue for outdoor grilling and parties. In the back garden there is access to the beautiful wood of the property where it is possible to take beautiful walks and admire the San Gimignano towers into the distance. The property is accessed along a beautiful cypress avenue that leads to the villa. Parking is inside the property.

Villa Albertina has been restored and furnished with taste respecting the typical Tuscan style. The structure opens on the ground floor onto a large hall, which leads to the dining room and living room with large fireplace, TV and access to the outside, well-equipped kitchen (fireplace is only decorative) with small laundry room, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower (air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets), 1 bathroom with shower for the disabled. Going up the characteristic internal stone staircase you reach the first floor where there are 1 double bedroom with private terrace and bathroom with bathtub (TV, air conditioning), 1 double bedroom with private terrace and bathroom with shower (TV, air conditioning), 1 double bedroom with 1 additional single bed and private terrace and bathroom with shower (air conditioning), 1 double bedroom with 2 additional single beds with bathroom with bathtub and private terrace (air conditioning). All bathrooms have a hairdryer and courtesy set.
