As we are located within Kyrenia town and set within the local community, (overlooked by other buildings), and you will be within easy distance of some of the best beaches like Ice beach, Kervan Saray, Deniz Kizi, Turtle beach, Accapolco beach, Alagadi beach to name but a few, just a short drive away.

You will also find a large supermarket within walking distance where you can purchase all your daily groceries and they have quite a good selection of British products also. We have a Pharmacy on almost every street corner for any emergencies. 24/7 CCTV cameras (outside only).

We provide our guests with a complimentary bottle of wine to help you get your holiday off the a good start. 'Pay As You Go' meters for electricity and water. We give you 300 units of electricity and 12 tons of water. Once used you will need to pay to top up. We have also fitting an electricity Generator for when there is a power cut in the area. Noise levels to be kept low at all times No Smoking No Pets No drunk disorderly behaviour will be tolerated, Your booking will be terminated with immediate effect and you will be asked to leave. You will not be entitled to a refund of outstanding dates if we ask you to leave
