Renovated Retro Style + Park Views

This 3-bedroom cottage is situated on the beachside of trendy Pt Elliot, opposite the beautiful Lakala Reserve. The reserve has three ponds, fountains, kids' play equipment, and a market every second Saturday. It is a lovely location to walk the dogs or just enjoy the relaxing views from the house. The beach and local cafes, pubs, book shops and more are a short walk away.

The property has a retro beach house theme and has a contemporary kitchen (with dishwasher), a new bathroom with a walk-in shower, and timber floorboards throughout. There is a big deck to the rear of the property (with a gas BBQ) and a porch to the front with a café setting.

Bedding Configuration

3 Bedrooms (sleeps 6 people):

• One BR with 1 Queen bed

• One BR with 1 Double bed

• One BR with Bunk beds (2x Singles)

Please note that the property sleeps up to 5 adults only (the top bunk bed is not suitable for adults).

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.


Pet Friendly

The backyard is fully fenced. The fence is dog-proof wire fencing and is approx 1.2M high. The backyard is a garden. There is a big park across the road for dogs that love a good run on grass.

Please note that this property is not available for Schoolies booking and doesn't accept 25 December Arrival/Departure.

We have installed free ADSL2 Wi-Fi. You can use up to 2GB of data each day of your stay. Its fast! 19MBPS. Nice :-)

Extra Guest Charge: Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $17 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $34 for 1 night.


We welcome dogs and cats to stay. Your animals are, of course, welcome inside (but only on the furniture if you put your own rug/cover on first). The backyard is fully fence with brand new dog fencing. The rear deck has a new gate on it. The front porch has a little gate on it (we couldnt do a bigger one because of the location of the window which opens out on to the deck).

Lakala Reserve is right across the road and is a lovely place for your dogs to play.
