This updated two-storey, three-bedroom home is situated right on the seafront with lovely views of Encounter Bay, Wright Island and the Bluff. Just walk across the road and you are on the beach! Sit on the deck and enjoy the sweeping views. Large pods of dolphins are regular visitors to this part of the coast. You are welcomed on arrival with a bottle of South Australian wine and chocolate!
Upstairs is the most special part of this property. It has a large open-plan living room (with full entertainment facilities including Netflix!), dining space and a new kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine). It also features a cool retro bar for mixing your favourite cocktails! Martini. Shaken. Not stirred? Make mine a dirty martini, please :-)
Downstairs consists of 3 bedrooms (sleeping 6 people) and a bathroom/laundry room. The bedding configuration is:
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed (2 people)
Bedroom 2 - Double bed (2 people)
Bedroom 3 - Two single beds (2 people)
The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.
The property has a range of features including reverse cycle air conditioning units (both upstairs and downstairs), a gas BBQ, WiFi, Netflix, a DVD player and a washing machine.
There is ample off-street parking at the rear of the property (including room for a boat).
There is a fully enclosed backyard with 1700mm timber fencing. The area is grassed so it is an excellent and safe play area for your dogs. Of course, your well-behaved dogs are very welcome inside!

Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $17 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.
Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $34 for 1 night.
