3. Set on three acres and nestled amongst the black box gums, overlooking a peaceful billabong on a quiet country road, you are invited to relax in this beautiful bush environment just 400 metres from the mighty Murray River.
4. The fully appointed kitchen includes induction cooktop, oven, convection microwave , coffee machine and quality cookware. A flywire encased veranda with dining area enables you to fling the doors wide open and appreciate the natural beauty.
5. An outdoor gas heater and two large ceiling fans to keep the area warm/cool and well ventilated, allowing you to enjoy life in a semi open style. The veranda also boasts cosy lounge furniture to chill out and watch the stunning sunsets.
6. A leisurely walk to the Murray River sees you enjoying bushwalks, swimming or fishing or its a short drive to the Torrumbarry boat ramp. Whatever floats your boat!
