From the pool terrace you can go down to the beach platform for direct access to the sea. Outside there is a dining area and stone barbecue. There are plenty of sun loungers and comfortable armchairs. It also offers a pool table and table tennis, located in a shaded outdoor area.
The ground floor also includes an en-suite shower room, utility room and a twin bedroom with a downstairs WC.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and separate shower and a twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Both bedrooms open to a magnificent sea-facing terrace with comfortable armchairs. On the second floor there are 2 further bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with en suite shower room and balcony, and one twin bedroom with en suite shower room and French balcony.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV (limited English channels), CD/DVD player, iPod dock and wifi internet connection.

MyVillaCity offers barbecue service for lunches and evenings when you want to spend time by the pool. To save you the shopping and preparation, we deliver prepared and marinated meats, as well as a variety of washed, chopped and prepared Turkish appetizers and salads to your door. If you do not want to cook the meals yourself, a member of the MyVillaCity team can prepare the barbecue and cook it for you. This service is offered without a fixed fee for the chef, but a "tip" would be appreciated. Please place your order at least one day before your barbecue.
