Deposit Procedure:
As part of your holiday booking, you are required to pay the specified deposit amount before your check-in date. This deposit will be allocated from your account before you enter the villa and will be refunded upon your exit, depending on the conditions. The refund of your deposit is subject to the absence of any broken, damaged or lost items during your stay in the villa. Otherwise, the cost of damage, broken goods or loss will be deducted from your deposit fee. You can make the deposit payment in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros at the current exchange rate.
Check-in and Check-Out Information:
While new guests can check-in at our villas at 16.00 in the afternoon, check-out time is set at 10.00 in the morning. Please check out of the villa by paying attention to these hours, so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villa for our next guests. Villas are delivered ready to new guests at 16:00 on the check-in date.
Transportation:
Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service is not available. If you prefer to travel by air, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants assist our guests who will be traveling by private vehicle with directions and location information.
