The space

When you arrive at Hillview, you will get a sense of serenity and charm, with open spaces and lush gardens. Valley and hill views also surrounding you. Not to mention the friendly chickens and goats meandering around surrounding paddocks.

You enter the property and immediately feel at home as it has an inviting presence .

Styled with charm and sophistication, the 3 bedrooms are tastefully decorated and beautifully styled for the ultimate comfort of guests.

The main bathroom draws you in with a WOW factor. Imagine soaking in the luxurious french inspired bathtub with a glass of wine by candlelight. The vanities have a unique sophistication with beautiful brass tap ware .

Upon entering the kitchen/ butlers pantry and large dining area , seating 10-12 people , the light filled space is stunning with large windows , providing views out to the gardens and goats. The colonial doors in the dining area open out to the large patio , bbq area, with ample space for a large family and friends gathering. Seating 8 people. Shading available if required.

The kitchen is fitted out with high end SMEG appliances, teppenyaki grill plate, espresso coffee machine with grinder. There’s an abundance

of crockery, cutlery, platters, bowls, assorted drinking glasses and China cups and saucers. Also various teas and pantry items for guests to use eg. salt , pepper, oil , etc. (more information can be obtained from host) . Options for children and garden picnics also available.

Just up from the outdoor patio area is the fire pit, great for that relaxing, enjoyable get together. Creating many beautiful memories together.

Other things to note

When using the laundry please keep the double doors open , especially when using the dryer for ventilation.

Whenever walking around the homestead inside or outside in the grounds, please be mindful of the stairs or uneven ground around, especially around the firepit .

We have placed signs around for safety but ask you use your own discretion around these areas .
