2 modern bathrooms, main bathroom with walk-in shower. Bath Mats and Towels provided.

Fully equipped modern kitchen with island.

50” smart tv, utility with washing machine, iron, ironing board.

French doors open out into the the fully enclosed south facing garden/patio with seating.

Spacious living room with ample seating (sofa bed) 50” smart tv, floor lamp, nest of tables.

Bedroom’s/Beds include:

2x double bed

1x King bed

1x single bed

Sofa Bed - By Request - Linen provided must be used for the sofa bed for cleanliness.

Bedrooms/Beds will be made up according to the number of guests booked and or preference made prior to booking/arrival. (Example: 2 persons/couple - King bedroom will be allocated)

Guest access

Bedrooms are made up according to the number of guests booked.

You will receive an email upon booking which contains a link to our online check-in.

Here you will be required to sign our terms and conditions and provide proof of identification.

Please ensure this is completed BEFORE the date of or arrival as failure to do so will result in a possible late check in and or cancellation of you booking.

Check in details will NOT be sent until this is completed.

IF THE BOOKING IS FOR 3 GUESTS OR LESS PLEASE LET US KNOW YOUR SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

When under full occupancy, beds will be allocated accordingly unless otherwise requested prior to arrival.

You can contact us at our email address, or via the booking portal messenger service.

If at any time from booking to check-in the guest number increases from that what was originally booked and paid for, please let us know and we can add additional guests to the booking quick and easy. Failure to disclose this information will result in the termination of your stay and/or incur an additional charge as per our terms and conditions. It’s always best to let us know so we can ensure enough linen and towels are provided.

We also need to know if visitors are planning on coming to Bessie House. Please get in touch for prior approval, to avoid any disappointment.
