Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony furniture. View of the sea and the port. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. In the period from 06.09. to probably 15.10.23 a facade cleaning will take place, which will also affect the balconies. In this respect, disturbances cannot be ruled out.
