The property has four beautiful bedrooms, two with ensuites, option of a studio apartment with further bedspace, fantastic kitchen, a beautiful in-ground swimming pool with pavilion and stunning gardens to enjoy. Belvoir Pavilions is a truly beautiful architecturally designed home with magnificent gardens. It has been featured in two editions of South Coast Style magazine. It gets its name from the beautiful views of Cambewarra Mountain from the north facing back terrace and pool pavilion.
There are two sections:
The front of the house is a 1900 farmhouse which has been totally converted and modernised to include 4 bedrooms, 2 ensuites, 1 oversized Japanese style bathroom and two separate toilets. It contains many original features with 3 of the 4 bedrooms boasting private verandas.
One of the bedrooms has an additional 'loft' space - accessible via a ladder. This space has a queensize mattress so ideal for sleeping another two people providing privacy is not an issue. If this is utilised the house can sleep 10 people. All bedrooms have luxurious Sheridan towels, sumptious bed linens and plush winter or summer bathrobes.
The back of the house is entered via a breezeway. The cathedral ceilings and sandstone fireplace make a breathtaking living area.
