Family Friendly self contained Loft Studio

"The Studio" is a modern, fully self contained unit, complete with bathroom, kitchenette, dining area, lounge area / TV and 2 single and 1 queen bed. It is an idea location for couples looking for a cosy, private getaway or a small family up to 4 who wish to escape the city and explore the delights of the NSW South Coast. Guests can also take full advantage of the other facilities on offer by Belvoir Pavilions – pool and gardens. Being separate from the main house guests can completely relax in total privacy.

Guest access.

You have access to the gardens, pool and multiple outside eating and seating areas.

As I live on the premises I will be available for any assistance required by my guests. I am always approachable but completely understand my guests wishing to maintain their privacy.

Other things to note.

 There are 2 very friendly dogs on the property - Ellie my gorgeous 13 year old border collie and Louie - going on 15 who is a beautiful poodle X/terrier. Also around is Monty my 54 year old cat. Ideally my guests should be animal lovers as my pets are part of the family. 

I am passionate about a maintaining peaceful, tranquil and completely relaxing environment for my guests. This is not a party house although I fully expect all my guests to feel at home and treat my place as they would their own.
