The house itself is close (less than 1km) to a variety of grocery and other shops (and medical facilities) and takeaways, and 1km from Butler Train Station which gives direct access to the Joondalup shopping centre and the city centre. Jindalee beach and the Jindalee shopping district with doctors offices and take-away shops is close by. The freeway to the city is just 5min away.
