Sandy's Place is a lovely 2 bedroom with 3 beds, self-contained private holiday home with a fully equipped kitchen with many extras . It was thoughtfully and tastefully furnished to ensure a perfect and relaxing stay. All rooms have just been restyled to give a comfortable and luxurious feel.

Agnes Banks is a lovely little Semi Rural suburb surrounded by bushland some still belong to the Dharuk People (formerly known as Broken Bay Tribe) and is Centrally located to all parts of Hawkesbury and The Blue Mountains
* No Heavy Traffic Problems *
Although shops,cafes, Polo, RAAF Base and Uni are very close by, the area and home feels peaceful and private and for peace of mind the only activity you are likely to see wandering around between dawn and dusk are the Roos
If you enjoy peace and quiet and the only sounds you hear in the morning are the birds then this is the place for you. Take an early morning stroll and don't forget to say g'day to other friendly people taking a walk - then head back home for a coffee, a very nice selection is provided. Also provided is a selection of teas. Or cook up a breakfast in your fully equipped kitchen or a short drive away are great cafes offering a variety of cuisines to indulge in a delicious breakfast or lunch. There is a well stocked pantry with essential items - but all supplies are complimentary and will not be replenished during your stay.
After a busy day exploring all the wonderful sights and places of the Hawkesbury and Blue mountains, come home and enjoy a bbq on the deck that has decorative lighting and looks beautiful at night. Or just kick back with a drink of choice and relax.
It will 'Comfortably and Preferably' sleep 4 but can accommodate up to 6 guests. Extra fees will apply after 4 guests.

Both bedrooms have very comfortable and cosy beds with ceiling fans and black-out curtains to add that extra comfort on those hot nights.. Bed linens, towels and dressing gowns are also provided. Also a sofa bed in the lounge room. Please bear in mind only those that are booked in will be allowed to stay
For additional comfort the home has Reverse System air conditioning. Please turn it off when leaving the home but it can turn off when left unattended
* The lovely Master Bedroom has it's own private space with an armchair, television, queen size bed with quality linens and bath robes. With access to your private back yard. Great place to relax and unwind
* Lounge Room has large TV with with over 30 digital channels and
Chromecast to enable you to access your Netflix account and stream/watch your favourite movies.
* The second bedroom has 2 deluxe single beds with quality linens. Full length mirrored wardrobe. Adult size bath robes
* Sofa bed that can sleep 1 or 2 people
* Free unlimited wifi with own modem. Suitable for long-term guests working from home.
* Fully equipped kitchen. Pantry with essential items
* Suitable for couples, families and corporates.
* New portable cot, high chair, Charli chair and limited bedding is available
also a children's table with two chairs
* Surrounded by a nature reserve possible sightings of Roos at dawn and dusk
* Insulated home with reverse cycle air conditioning. Ceiling fans in all rooms.
* A separate laundry with washing machine, washing liquid, fabric conditioner, iron and ironing board and drying rack. No clothes dryer is provided but you are welcome to use the one in the main house for a fee of $5 per load
* A pantry with a selection of essential items
* Bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, tissues and toilet paper are also provided
Private entrance free on street parking with no time limits and is situated in a quiet and friendly cul de sac
Discounts are offered for weekly and monthly stays Larger discounts are offered on 8 and 12 week stays. If you are looking for longer stays due to home damage or renovations please speak to your Insurance Company and ask to be placed here. It can be done and is a much better option. Or if you are coming to the Hawkesbury or Penrith for work commitments
The Blue Mountains is a rugged mountainous region and is known for it's dramatic scenery, it's steep cliffs, eucalyptus forests and waterfalls and is where you will find the famous Three Sisters. It is great for sight seeing, bush walking and many other tourist attractions.
Enjoy bush walking, swimming or pack a basket and have a picnic in one of the neighbouring National Parks or lay your towel down on the soft sand and take a dip in the cool mountain water at Yarramundi Reserve which is only 5 minutes away
