Booti Booti Chateau Lakeside is a large 4 bedroom + study home that comfortably sleeps up to 14 and boasts 2 indoor-eating areas and 3 outdoor/entertainment areas. The main level captures breath-taking views over Wallis Lake. Can you imagine watching beautiful sunsets, whilst enjoying a relaxing drink on your secure balcony? House: Light-filled house with ducted air-conditioning throughout the main level with magnificent, uninterrupted views over Wallis Lake and beyond.


Entry level: keyless entry with your own personal PIN, foyer with internal access to garage with 2 vehicle parking and additional space for a jet ski or trailer.


Main level: (sleeps up to 7 guests): comfortable family-friendly house with large wrap-around balcony. Master king bedroom, ensuite and television (including Netflix), queen bedroom with additional single daybed, powder room, separate bathroom, laundry, lounge (television and DVD player), kitchen, dining, study (ample office space, television DVD player and Netflix) and large courtyard. Cot/s and high chair/s are available if required, please advise at time of booking.



Lower level: (sleeps up to 7 guests): king bedroom (split-system air-conditioning) and additional bedroom with a double and single bed. Separate bathroom and powder room, open-plan kitchenette, adjoining additional dining and lounge area (television, DVD player and Netflix) with split-system air-conditioning and large balcony.


Watercraft: guests have exclusive use of life-jackets, kayaks and stand-up paddle boards (both kids and adults).


Backyard: level lawn area, stepped access (including a handrail) to the lake.


Courtyard: large north-facing entertaining area with cantilever umbrella and Weber BBQ.

• Security cameras are used to monitor access to the property and acceptance of this is a requirement at the time of booking.

Please advise all other guests cameras are only located for external and garage security.
