We are a family run Farmstay providing fully self contained accommodation in a stunning architect designed 4 bedroom house in the Yarramalong Valley on the New South Wales Central Coast. Only 45 mins from Sydney’s North Shore and Newcastle. Located in the beautiful Yarramalong Valley – the hidden gem of the Central Coast.
Minimum 2 night stay ( we prefer 3 night stays – 3 night stays are more relaxing and more fun for you too)
The house is gorgeous, very special and big with lots of room for everyone. We are family/kids friendly. Great, big kitchen with lots of bench space, side by side fridge freezer, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher. Everything you need to cook with is in the house ( you need to bring your own food) Westfield Tuggerah is only 10 mins away with Coles, Woolworths, Dan Murphys, Butchers etc. Some guests get a delivery from Woolworths here to the Farmstay. A really beautiful house with views from every room. Cows and horses and all very close to the house + chickens. Our cows have all recently had their babies and they are adorable.. Wake up in the morning to the beautiful mist rolling down the valley. There is only the one accommodation on the 50 acre property. We live on the farm too but it is totally separate and far away to the Farmstay House.

No parties, camping, horse riding or motorbikes. For safety reasons children must be supervised at all times.
Dogs on approval. $50 additonal cleaning fee dogs must be kept on a lead. As farm animals all close to accommodation.

You can have a lovely fire and toast marshmallows. (we have lots of wood) with Ben and Jerry our cute pet cows watching from the fence.
Huge kitchen/dining/lounge room area.
We recommend bring some boots for your stay.
