Copa Beach House

Chill out by the sea in our little beach house. This is the perfect place for a beachside holiday just over one hour from Sydney. Once you arrive, you won’t needyour car as everything is a short, flat walk away.

Across the road from the beach and a 1970’s shack, it has had a bit of a makeover but still retains that relaxed beach feel (and the original bathrooms!)

You can park the car out the front and wander to anything you need; a few cafes, restaurants, the surfclub and the beach are all a very short walk away…

Kids can enjoy the large lawn at the front or back and there’s a large fenced backyard for your dog (subject to approval).

Inside is light, airy and very beachy.

The downstairs living area has an open plan kitchen, dining for 6 and a lounge area with a tv and wifi.

The kitchen is well equipped and there’s also a basic laundry and bathroom downstairs.

Upstairs are 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with a fabulous view. There is one queen, a single and a double. An extra trundle is available is the single room on request. You can literally check out the surf from bed. In winter, watch the whales migrate from the small balcony or just enjoy the sea breeze.

You will feel relaxed the moment you arrive.

Free wifi available. Sheets, towels, toilettries, salt, pepper, serviettes, bbq, even beach towels provided! Starter pack of dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, laundry detergents, sunblock, and staples too! We want you to relax!!!

Please note this is an old beach house and although well maintained, its charm is in the chilled out vibe. We’ve done everything to make it comfortable but retain that relaxed feel.

We promise you will fall in love with it like we have and won’t want to leave.

We are very close to the fire station - you may occasionally hear the fire trucks.

Copacabana beach has a gentle rock pool and is flagged. There is also a lagoon along the beach. But the surf can get large. Please take note of the beach conditions and follow the advice of the surfclub/lifesavers.

This home is really special to us and we’re sure you’ll love it too. We ask that you take care of our home like it’s your own. 😄
