The space
No.14 Lovel St is a traditional Mountains home. Originally built as a guest house in 1913, it has been extended in keeping with the original style and updated with modern needs in mind.
There are four bedrooms (queen/double) upstairs, while the bathroom and living areas are downstairs. Six bedrooms (including the dorms) are downstairs.
We don’t have air-conditioning. Fans are available for warmer weather. We have central heating for cooler Mountains weather.
Guest access
The owners live at the rear of the property, separated from the main house by an interconnecting door. However, we will not enter the main house unless in case of an emergency (eg fire alarm set off), or if we are unable to reach you by mobile in the case of a noise complaint.
We entry/exit the property by side path, not interrupting the private use of the main house by our guests.
