Located in the centre of Morciano di Leuca, a town in the province of Lecce, in the Apulia region of south-east Italy, Piccola Perla is a detached house built in the early 1930’s in perfect Salento’s style with the characteristic “Pietra Leccese” stone, with vaulted and star-shaped ceilings. Completely renovated in 2018, it consists of a comfortable living area with TV, sofa and a beautiful stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds both with star ceilings. The al-fresco area is equipped with a table and chairs for enjoying outdoor meals and a comfortable internal courtyard equipped with outdoor shower and washing machine. An iron and wood staircase will lead you to the terrace equipped with table and chairs. Free parking is also available in front of the house.
Piccola Perla is located within walking distance of all essential services in the area such as grocery stores, newsagent, minimarket, restaurants; it is only 2 km from the equipped beaches of Torre Vado, a seaside town with beaches of golden sand and rocks spots and 6 km from Santa Maria di Leuca, a small town located in the south-eastern end of Italy with its top attractions such as Grotta del Soffio, Sanctuary of Santa Maria de Finibus Terrae, La Grotta delle Tre Porte and the majestic lighthouse over 48 meters high.
