Amazing views out to farmland, the inlet (at a distance) and surrounding hills. Lots of glass and light. Full kitchen, large screen smart tv, full laundry facilities, outdoor spa (extra charge), indoor fire, outdoor fire pit, lots of space for kids to run around, access to the outdoor games area down at the Villas (outdoor connect 4, hookey and oval swing),2 very friendly resident chooks plus a horse in the paddock, occasional koala wanders through, short distance to the surf beach and inlet
