We have 56ha of gently sloping land on the banks of the Avon River 10 mins drive south of York in the beautiful Avon Valley in Western Australia. There is plenty to do on the farm, but our main aim is for our guests to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy wonderful walks along the river bank or sandalwood plantation, or simply relax and enjoy the peace of the country. With clear skies the star show at night is spectacular.
The Farmhouse is a comfortable 3 bedroom unit which is licensed for 8 people. One bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed.. The second bedroom has a queen bed only. The third bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and still has plenty of room. The kitchen and living area can easily seat eight people. There is one bathroom with toilet, but an additional powder room/toilet. Although licensed for 8 people we do not recommend 8 adults, but a combination of adults and children would work well. On the veranda is an outdoor table and bench seats plenty big enough for all. The BBQ has its own enclosure to protect from wind and rain. A double carport provides parking for 2 vehicles.
