Staying Rules

- this property is not suitable for kids under 5. -pets on application

- please be careful of any fallen branches in the bush area, we are working our way through but with old gum trees, branches can fall at any time.

- keep alert to snakes in the warmer months

- do not venture into the old shack on the property or down to the big green shed. Its currently out of bounds.
