[Additional Penalties]
1. Any damaged or missing items found after check out will incur a penalty equivalent to the cost of replacing the damaged or missing items.
2. If the premise is found to be unreasonably unclean after checking out, the guest will be charged a penalty fee equivalent to the cost of additional cleaning.
