From the moment you enter the driveway of Blue Wren Cottage you can feel the tranquil environment that the three acre property has to offer your family and your dogs. The inside of Blue Wren offers a well-equipped kitchen with an open lounge-dining space, air-conditioning and a woodfire for those chilly nights. There’s plenty of accommodation with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry and a breezeway, to sit and relax with a book or a glass of wine. The house has been painted for a fresh feel.
The space
The cottage is an older style home, which has been renovated. The 4 bedrooms have 1 King, 2 Queen and 2 single beds and all have wardrobes. There is a well appointed kitchen, 900mm Oven and a Dishwasher making make life easier. There is a small study that overlooks the back of the property. The new second bathroom is looking great. We have a fruit orchard and you might be lucky enough to pick some fruit, depending on the season. We previously had chickens and you will see the old cages that once housed them. At the back of the property we have planted lots of trees to harvest for wood however we might be waiting another 20 years. The dam was bare when we bought the place 3 years ago. Planting lots of trees you can now see the result.

Tank water - Please be mindful of water. Please don’t flush baby wipes or sanitary products down the toilet. A limit of 2 Pets per visit
