Sheltered in a quiet quay just a 5 minute drive from the boat ramp, you can launch your boat or jetski and park it at our jetty just meters from the back door.

The space

Britannia is a young and fresh coastal holiday home, well suited to family holidays with the grandparents or a group of friends, sleeping up to 11 guests.

Britannia is located in the Coorong Quays on Hindmarsh Island in the Murray River, just a 2 minute drive over the bridge from historic Goolwa, Goolwa Beach & the south coast with plenty of conveniences & tourist attractions.

The House:

5 Bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms

Master Bedroom – With a Queen Bed, ensuite, walk-in-robe and private balcony with lakefront views.

Queen Bed room with large built in robe and full length mirror.

Double Bedroom (Downstairs) with ceiling fan, built in robe. (Nb. There is no full bathroom down stairs. Only a Powder room)

Bed 3 – Twin, King Single beds

Bed 4 – Bunk beds plus trundle.

Open plan galley style kitchen incl. Coffee pod machine(incl. starter pack of pods and milk to prepare a pick-me-up coffee on arrival). Long kitchen dining bar with 4 stools)

Family & dining room (dining table to seat 8)

Home theater with DVD player, Smart TV, Surround Sound and Full block out blinds.

Guest access

You will have access to the whole house, inside & out.

Access is initially provided with access granted to a key safe at the house using a unique code. Early check-in and/or late check out is subject to availability and can't be confirmed until immediately prior to your stay.

Off street parking for up to 4 cars. Room for a trailer if you have your own smallish boat/jetskis.

Please note:

Standard booking is 2 night minimum.

Long W/Ends and school holidays - 3 night min.

Easter 4 night min.

Christmas/New Year 6 night min.

Beach towels are not provided.

Some basic items are supplied - body wash, liquid hand soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, cleaning materials, laundry powder, a starting supply of coffee pods, instant coffee, tea and sugar, salt & pepper. There is usually a supply of oil, glad wrap, foil, zip lock bags etc but these can't be guaranteed.

Please note that we do not allow parties, weddings, schoolies, bucks or hens functions.

Pets are not permitted at Britannia.

For your personal security, CCTV security cameras are located around the outside of the property.
