Escape to South Point Ocean, an exclusive eight-bedroom beachfront villa offering the perfect blend of luxury, comfort and natural beauty. Ideal for families, friends and groups, the villa features a private pool, soft sandy beach and beautiful ocean views.
The protected waters within the reef are perfect for swimming and snorkelling, while excellent surfing spots are located nearby.
All eight air-conditioned bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms and breathtaking sea views. Spacious living areas, fibre-optic Wi-Fi and dedicated staff ensure a comfortable and stress-free stay.

The villa is fully staffed with managers, maids, stewards, a private chef and a night watchman. The team provides friendly, attentive and discreet service throughout your stay.
If you prefer a more private experience with less staff interaction, the level of service can be adjusted to suit your preferences.

Meals and Rates
The rental covers the villa only, with staff and service included. Meals are charged separately and can be discussed before booking, with set-menu rates available for larger groups. Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol, with no corkage fee.
For guests arriving late at night or early in the morning, snacks or a hot meal can be prepared with advance notice.
Guests are also welcome to step into the kitchen for a complimentary cooking demonstration and to learn about Sri Lankan spices and cuisine.
Wellness
A trained Ayurvedic masseuse can visit the villa with herbal oils, and a yoga instructor is available with prior notice, with discounted rates when more guests take part.
Parking
Parking for one vehicle is available on site. Additional secured parking is provided in our open lot just across the road, monitored 24 hours a day by a dedicated guard.
Safety and Medical Assistance
Please note that the villa does not have lifeguards and the pool is not fenced. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children around all water areas.
A doctor is available for villa visits and a clinic is located nearby, with private hospitals and a teaching hospital in Galle. Specialist appointments can be arranged, and one of our managers will assist with transport and accompany guests if needed.
Guests are encouraged to arrange accident, medical and travel insurance for the duration of their stay.
