Our holiday flat in Mojácar is located directly at the sea of the beautiful Costa de Almeria. By the way, Mojácar has been one of the most beautiful white villages in Spain since 2003. If you turn your back to the sea, you can see our beautiful village on the hill.
The clean beaches of Mojácar Playa are about 17 km long and make a private pool almost unnecessary. A really nice communal pool is of course available for your holiday in Andalusia.
The space
Located on the beautiful beach of Mojácar, this stunning apartment boasts a spacious bedroom, where you’ll wake up in a luxuriously comfortable double bed. Step outside onto your private terrace through the French windows, and let the stunning sea views set the tone for a perfect day. The wardrobe and dresser provide ample space for all your belongings, helping you feel right at home.
A walk-in shower, a hairdryer and plenty of storage space for your personal care products await you in the spacious bathroom.
The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, designed to make your self-catering experience effortless. A Nespresso coffee machine (with a small selection of coffee capsules) and a kettle are waiting to help you enjoy that perfect morning brew. Whether you’re preparing a light breakfast or a full meal, the kitchen has everything you need. You’ll even find an oven, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, and blender for extra convenience. And, of course, if you need anything else, don’t hesitate to ask. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
The living area is a welcoming space, furnished with a comfy sofa and pouf, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The dining area, which comfortably seats four, makes indoor meals just as enjoyable as dining al fresco. On those rare days when the weather isn’t ideal, the large smart TV (with channels in multiple languages) offers plenty of entertainment options.
The sunny terrace will quickly become your favourite spot – no wonder with these Mediterranean views! The dining table for four is perfect for long breakfasts and dinners under the starlit sky. In the living room, a comfortable desk awaits you at the large window – a place to work (if you must 😉) while gazing out over the Mediterranean Sea. Fancy a refreshing dip? Just jump into the pool – it’s open all year round.
The apartment also comes with its own underground parking space. Planning a beach day? The storage room has you covered with parasols, beach chairs, and a cool box.
The apartment is ideally located just a short walk from one of Mojácar’s most popular beaches, Playa de las Ventanicas. Whether you’re looking to relax on the sand, explore the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean, or enjoy some active pursuits, this apartment is the perfect base for your Mojácar holiday. Nearby, you’ll find an array of fantastic beach bars and restaurants – don’t miss out on the renowned Aku-Aku for some of the best paella in town.
The vibrant town centre is just a short drive away, where cobbled streets, charming shops, and an excellent selection of eateries await. Mojácar Pueblo, perched in the Sierra Cabrera mountains, offers a lively atmosphere and stunning views of the coast. While everything is within easy reach, we recommend renting a car to explore the area fully – there’s just so much to see and do.

To ensure everything runs smoothly upon your arrival, please email us before your trip. Depending on your planned check-in time, we can meet you at the apartment for the key handover – we’ll send you the exact location well in advance.
Alternatively, you can collect the keys on your way to the apartment. There, we’ll be happy to personally explain all the details to make sure you can start your stay feeling completely relaxed.
