• Rear bedroom: Custom-painted solid wooden double bed, wardrobe, bedside table
• Two full bathrooms
• Bathroom one: Shower over bath
• Bathroom two: Walk-in shower
• Large living–dining room
• Comfortable leather sofas and a welcoming dining area—ideal for shared meals or relaxed evenings.
• Fully equipped traditional kitchen
• Including essential cookware, oils, condiments, tea, coffee, sugar, and a cafetière + Bosch Tassimo machine (bring your preferred pods).
• Outdoor WC
• Accessed through the garden room.

First Floor

• Spacious dormer room
• One standard double bed and two queen-size doubles—perfect for larger groups or families needing flexible sleeping arrangements.
• Note: Dormer room & second bathroom included for bookings from 01 Dec 2025.
