The open family room consists of sumptuous leather sofas and large flat screen TV.
A well-appointed kitchen with Granite Counter Tops and WINE FRIDGE is fit for the most discerning chef. The Dining Table seats 8 guests comfortably plus there is plenty of seating around the spacious kitchen island to accommodate everyone.

All Bedrooms come with large TV (Smart TVs for streaming)

Other things to note
PARKING RULES: Please be aware there is no street parking. Vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense. To avoid possible towing, please park in your driveways or extra parking spaces near the Clubhouse.
Also, please be advised that all commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, self-propelled motor homes, motorcycles, trailers and boats shall be parked in enclosed garage at all time and cannot be parked within the Community. It will be towed at owner’s expense.
*All Children and Infants are included in Max Occupancy count!
*Pool Heat (gas) is available at an addtl cost $30 per day, discounts might available for stays longer than 10 days - please inquire with us
*A Refundable Security Deposit of $250.00 is required at least 3 days prior to Arrival and before complete Arrival Info will be released.
*Guests agree to cover any cost related to damages that occurred during their stay, including extra-cleaning charges if needed as well as charges for trash removal, late departure, smoking, unauthorized occupants and any unauthorized pets if discovered during or within a reasonable amount of time after their stay.
GUEST SCREENING:
We request a government issued ID to be provided as required per Florida Statue 509.101 (2).
Before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:
- abide by our rental terms and conditions which are listed in our House Rules, available to guests before booking
- provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
