Deposit Procedure: As part of your holiday reservation, you are required to pay a deposit before your check-in date. This deposit will be allocated to your account before you check-in and will be refunded upon check-out, subject to conditions. The refund of your deposit is subject to no breakage, damage or missing items during your stay in the villa. Otherwise, the cost of any damage, breakage or loss will be deducted from your deposit. You can pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros at the current exchange rate. Check-in and Check-out Information: New guests can check in at 16:00 in the afternoon, while check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. Please check out of the villa by paying attention to these hours, so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villa for the next guests. The villas are delivered ready for the new guests at 16:00 on the check-in date. Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. If you prefer to travel by air, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants assist our guests who will be traveling by private vehicle with directions and location information.
