On the ground floor, a spacious open-plan kitchen/living area features views over the large garden which can also be accessed through the patio doors. The kitchen is amply equipped with all mod-cons including two electric ovens and a wine cooler! The large dining table offers settings for up to 8 people and there is also a sofa for guests to relax whilst awaiting a delicious supper. The ground floor is also home to a double bedroom and a shower room.
On the first floor, a comfy nautical-themed lounge boasts a large smart TV (with DVD player) and access to the balcony. There are 3 bedrooms on the same floor, the first features access to the balcony, an en-suite shower room and a comfy king-size bed. The other two bedrooms offer a glimpse at the sea and the ability to be made up as twin or a king configuration. The family bathroom can also be found on the first floor and features all conveniences including a bath tub - perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration!
Outside there is a large fenced garden at the rear of the property featuring a patio area that provides an idyllic setting for outdoor dining and socialising with friends or family. To the front of the property, there is a balcony with outdoor seating. There is ample parking for two vehicles and the property also has an outdoor shower area for rinsing off after a day on the beach.
Local to the property, the small town of Perranporth offers all the conveniences from shops to takeaways and a fine selection of restaurants. It's beautiful sandy beach offers plenty of water sports opportunities including surfing and bodyboarding! The beach is dog-friendly all year round and walkers can be enticed by the offer of the famous South West Coast Path being close-by. There are plenty of activities to do locally, including golf and horse riding - something for everyone to enjoy!
Please note that Tolcarne welcomes your furry friends to join you on your holiday. There is an additional charge of £35.00 per dog per stay. Once you have placed your reservation, we will be in touch to arrange payment of your pet fee.
Please also note that if the cot is required, guests need to bring their own bedding for use.
