Welcome to Number 15, a beautiful and newly refurbished cottage located in the heart of Bude! Situated along Bude Canal, just a 5 minute walk from the town center and popular Summerleaze Beach, this cottage offers a luxurious and comfortable stay for up to 10 people.
Boasting 5 bedrooms, all with their own en-suite shower or bath rooms, this cottage is ideal for large groups or families. The spacious and bright open plan kitchen/living and dining area overlooks the private and fully enclosed garden, perfect for soaking up the sun on the patio. This garden also features outdoor furniture, table tennis, and a charcoal BBQ for some fun outdoor living. In addition, there's also an outdoor shower for beach days.
The modern kitchen is well-equipped with all the amenities you need for a self-catering holiday, including two Neff ovens, hob, fridge, dishwasher, and a microwave. There's also a small freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a separate toilet in the utility room.
Number 15 also offers two additional reception rooms, one with a snug sofa and a TV, and the other with a quiet seating area. The five bedrooms are configured with three king size rooms and two twin rooms (which can be made into a king size bed upon request).
This cottage also provides off-road parking for 3-4 cars in the rear of the property. Bude is a charming town with lots to offer, from its stunning coastline to its excellent amenities. Whatever your interests may be, Bude is the perfect base for a family holiday!
Please note that Number 15 welcomes your furry friends to join you on your holiday. There is an additional charge of £35.00 per dog per stay. Once you have placed your reservation, we will be in touch to arrange payment of your pet fee.
