You will walk through the front door to be welcomed by the second lounge room fitted with bean bags, smart TV and a children's building station. Browse through the bookshelf and see if there is something on there for you to read during your stay. Walk through to the open living with a lounge & smart TV, dining table and full kitchen, here you have the view of a lifetime. The Hopkins river has a real holiday and calming effect on you!
All bedrooms are fitted with a roof fan and wardrobe. The queen room downstairs has an ensuite with a shower, basin and toilet and the second room downstairs has a double bed. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. Seperate bathroom with bath and walk in shower & basin and a separate toilet.
The house is perfect suited for families wanting to explore our region and be spoilt by riverfront view :)
The driveway is a shared space and must be kept clear, there is a parking space in front of the surfboard for guests and street parking is available. The garage and gym room are private property so please keep away from these areas.
The large off lead dog park is located just in front of us, enjoy this wide open space and walk to the Hopkins River.
