Borgo Monticelli is a small medieval village where 21 apartments have just been renovated. The ancient nucleus of the hamlet where our apartments are located are monuments of national historical and artistic interest protected by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage.The oldest part consists of the 3 watch towers overlooking the valley. Very beautiful, historical castle "Borgo Monticelli", from the 11st century, renovated, surrounded by trees. 21 apartments in the property. 14 km from the centre of Perugia, 30 km from the centre of Assisi, 70 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 15 km from the lake, in the countryside. For shared use: large garden, 2 swimming pools (16 x 6 m, depth 110 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 08.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue. Private: garden furniture.
