There is no cost to list your property on Search and Stay. We charge a small booking fee to guests, but nothing to owners.

To list your property on Search and Stay, you can visit our website and create an account. You will need to an email to set up. Then once your account is open you can start a property listing with basic information like location, number of guests, bedrooms and bathrooms and amenities. You will also need to a description to set your rates, choose instant or request to book and upload photos of your property. Once published your property will be listed on the website.
FAQ3. How do I manage my bookings?
You can manage your bookings through your Search and Stay account. You can view your upcoming bookings, send messages to guests, and check in and out guests.
FAQ4. How do I get paid for my bookings?
We will pay you for your bookings following the guest's check-out date into the account you provide.

The cancellation policies for your property bookings are set by you in your property listing
