Exit to the balcony. 1 room 11 m2, with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Electric heating. Small balcony 5 m2, south facing position, large terrace 30 m2 partly roofed, lawn 150 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture.
