Check-in and Check-out Timings
Standard check-in time is 3:00PM -6:00PM and check-out time is from 7:00AM - 11:00AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to the availability and additional charges may apply of 300 AED.
Guest Registration
We will need passport (or Emirates ID) copies of all guests and visitors at least 48-hours in advance in order to register your stay with community/building security and portal. We cannot guarantee your check-in if copies of your IDs or passports are not provided on-time.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1000 smoking fee.
