A large 7-bedroom farmhouse villa

If you are planning a holiday and looking for a Tuscany villa with pool, Villa Patrignone will comfortably sleep 8 to14 in 7 double suites (2 of the suites can have 2 single beds). It has a huge fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a large fridge-freezer and dishwasher, a dining room with a large dining table that seats 14, and a large living room and library. It is filled with beautiful vintage furniture, large comfortable beds, and the old terracotta tiles and chestnut beams are in evidence everywhere.

Each room has a very individual and unique character, from the EM Forster Suite to the Oriental Room, the Charleston Suite and the Travellers' Room. Two of the rooms have beautiful little 'Juliet' balconies looking west towards the valley below and the sunset beyond, but all the rooms have lovely views, some overlooking the Jasmine Courtyard and our southerly olive groves, some east towards the sunrise and our easterly olives, and some north towards the Capanna and the ancient hand-paved courtyard.

There is plenty of outdoor space on the Terracotta Terrace with views across the hills of Tuscany, or you can have evening drinks, meals and chats under the Olive Gazebo right outside your front door. Ask for some wood and build a campfire in the woods surrounded by fire-flies and barking deer!
