Here you will find a glass table and 6 chairs, as well as 2 loungers for the "Out door Living". On the Jen Air Grill, you can grill delicious steaks or hamburgers while enjoying a chilled beer. The pool - of course electrically heated - invites you to swim. What could be nicer than a refreshing swim in the pool after a long shopping day. A pool bath is also there.
At the canal there is another large terrace from which you can "swim shrimps" - in other words, fish. A rental boat can also be docked there. From there you are in approx. 10 minutes on the Caloosahatchee River to explore the offshore islands of Cape Coral and Ft. Myers Beach - Have fun !
Now let's go back to the house: As usual with the typical Florida floor plan, you enter the formal living room after the entrance area. To the left is the master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom. The other living rooms and bedrooms are on the right side of the house. These are two formal dining areas, another living room with TV and 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in between. The white kitchen with dark worktop has a hatch to the terrace.
For your comfort, you will find the following equipment in the vacation homes in Cape Coral managed by us:

Rosen Park:
This neighborhood park and large saltwater boat launch facility offers access to the Gulf of Mexico via the Caloosahatchee River and is approximately 11.2 statute miles from the Sanibel Causeway Bridge. Each of the two boat ramps is 30' wide x 60' long, and there are 57 boat trailer parking spots plus 31 vehicle parking spaces to accommodate numerous boaters.
The park also provides a scenic location along the Chantry Canal where people can enjoy a picnic and/or take a walk on the boardwalk and watch the boats. The park is also perfect for our four-legged friends. Because dogs are allowed in this park and if there is no boat in the ramp, our four-legged friends also extensively enjoy the cool wet.
