Las Mananitas is a lovely villa on a private beach. It has a private pool sparkling and jacuzzi. One of it's amazing features is the many areas to entertain! The setting is gorgeous and only steps from the ocean!
Each of two master bedrooms has a king size bed, one with an additional chase than can be used for sleeping. The third, surfer bedroom, has a queen bed, with a single chaise also. This bedroom has an outside entrance. Maximum occupancy is eight people including children.
The space
Villa las Mananitas has so many areas to sit and watch the sunset while having a drink. From two areas upstairs on palapa deck, to the beautiful veranda with hot tub, private pool and wet bar. There is even a palapa covered sitting area steps from the sand!

The entire villa/common area gardens, pool, lap pool, club house.

PLAYA LASTORTUGAS SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT
Contracting Party; Minimum Age – We (“Owner, our, we, us” defined as the owners of the Property that is the subject of this Agreement and includes Owner’s agents) will contract with only one responsible party, minimum age of 25 years. The Party signing the contract will be held responsible under the terms of this Agreement. If there will be more than one party renting the property that will be a matter exclusively between yourselves (“Guest, you, your” defined as the signatory and responsible party for the Guest obligations arising under the terms of this contract. It includes all members of Guest’s party).Refunds For Events Out of Owner’s Control – We will make every effort to correct any problem that arises during your stay in a timely manner. There will be no refunds or compensation for events out of our control including but not limited to: Acts of God, severe weather conditions, acts of war, actions of government or its agencies, road maintenance or conditions, gas shortages, power outages, water outages, internet outages, health/travel advisories, curfews or bans, construction or maintenance work in the vicinity, equipment failures, insects, rodents, proximity to other dwellings, business closures and area event schedule changes.
Occupancy- Rental rates apply to a maximum occupancy of _8_ adults/children. This is a private residence and is specifically not rented for large gatherings. The number of persons socializing at the house at any point in time cannot exceed a maximum of twelve (12) individuals including the Guest and their party.
Check-in/Check-Out - Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Early check-ins and/or late check-outs can be arranged if circumstances allow. If guests do not check out on time or arrive and insist on entering villa, a fee may be charged. This is to insure staff has enough time to clean and disinfect before next guests’ arrival. We do allow 24 hours in between guests.
No Smoking - This is a non-smoking property. There are no exceptions. This includes all interior areas of the house as well as decks, porches, patios, palapas, and steps. Evidence of smoking will result in loss of security deposit.
No Pets - No pets are permitted on the property at any time, unless pre-arranged with rental agent. Marianne has approved one dog for this rental.
Damages to Property – The Property and its contents are to be left in clean, undamaged condition. The property has been cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. The day you arrive, please do a walk-through inspection of the Property. If you notice damage to the Property or its contents please notify the property manager immediately. Violation of Agreement - A material breach of this Agreement which results in damage to the Premises, personal injury to yourself or others, a breach of the peace, a nuisance to others, or a violation of criminal law or local code, shall be grounds for termination of your occupancy of the Property.
