Open kitchen 9 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Top floor: 1 room 15 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 190 cm). Gas heating. Large balcony 20 m2, small terrace 10 m2 partly roofed.
