Aalen sleeps 12 comfortably, with no bunk beds, it suits multiple family or, groups of friends. On the same strata block you will find Aalen 2 Lakeview, with a further 3BR for even larger group bookings.
THE SPACE; Aalen is a spacious 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house with heaps of living areas to spread out in. A fully equipped kitchen plus second kitchenette, and nearby supermarket, allow for feeding the multitudes in house, or an easy 5 minute walk to restaurants and cafes, making for an enjoyable escape from city living. Suitable for families with travel cot and highchair available on request, as well as 3 flat screen TVs in separate entertainment areas for different TV viewing choices. Of course there is free wifi.
GUEST ACCESS
The house is entirely self contained, with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. There is off-street parking for 4-5 cars. No pets, and no smoking in the house. (Smoking areas on the verandah or downstairs courtyard.) Gas BBQ provided. 2 separate entertainment areas, with TV and DVD. Access is by digital keypad, so no need to keep track of multiple keys.
THE SPA.
Aalen now also has a hot-tub, maintained to lovely warm temperature by solar panels. A hot bath without the fuss, and to share. The tub seats 6-7, complemented by a bio-ethanol firepit for those waiting their turn. Bio ethanol was chosen for fuel as it is more environmentally sustainable than wood fire. Unfortunately it does not generate as much heat, but perfect for an outside get-together.
