Catalina offers absolute lake frontage and is divided into two fully self-contained private wings, each available for exclusive occupancy or as part of a full property booking:
Pelican Wing: 12 bedrooms, 47 beds, 10 bathrooms
Kookaburra Wing: 14 bedrooms, 57 beds, 8 bathrooms
With capacity for large groups, pricing is based on a minimum of 20 guests, with additional charges for extra people.
Set among tranquil gardens filled with native wildlife—including lorikeets and the iconic kookaburra—Catalina is one of the most peaceful and scenic locations on the lake.
The retreat is well-equipped for both relaxation and group activities, featuring:
A fully equipped conference room with multimedia facilities and seating for 100+
Multiple private lounge areas for breakout sessions or quiet time
A lakefront dining room with seating for 30+
Direct access to a boat launching ramp and large jetty
Expansive grounds with sporting fields and tennis courts
