*Pool Heat (electric) is available at an addtl cost $25 per day, discounts might be available for stays longer than 10 days - please inquire with us
*Guests agree to cover any cost related to damages that occurred during their stay, including extra-cleaning charges if needed as well as charges for trash removal, late departure, smoking, unauthorized occupants and any unauthorized pets if discovered during or within a reasonable amount of time after their stay.
*A Refundable Security Deposit of $150.00 is required at least 3 days prior to Arrival and before complete Arrival Info will be released.
