Nestled between sapphire seas and dramatic desert landscapes, Grand Solmar Pacific and/or Grand Solmar Lands End are the new concept of hospitality in Los Cabos. Lands End has a very convenient location, right next to the marina with many activities, walking distance to the city with vendors, music, and local restaurants available.
Grand Solmar Pacific, the address which is listed is more off the beaten path, quieter, perhaps more romantic. You can get to the marina via taxi or shuttle also.
The space
Spacious studio with large master bedroom and bath which comes with essentials and a jetted tub. Balcony overlooks the ocean and the kitchen is fully equipped. Linens are fresh white and luxurious! There is a Queen Murphy bed which pulls out, and 2nd bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove and kitchen essentials.
Guest access
With both resorts you have access to many amenities right at your fingertips. You can purchase all inclusive, through the resort not the host, the concierge can assist you in activities around the marina, usually with a discount for staying at the property. Food, drink, towels, sunbathing chairs, the beach, restaurants, arranged activities, music, hot tub and relaxation are all available. Please ask when checking in for the list of activities right on sight because things change daily. Staff are very helpful and more than willing to accommodate your needs.
Other things to note
There are 2 resorts. When you request to book, please make sure you list where you want to book. The pictures represent both resorts but many features are similar. Cleanliness, rooms, amenities and staff are equal. The biggest difference is location and restaurants. Pacific takes on more of the Mexican cuisine. The food is wonderful at both places! All inclusive is well worth it if you plan on hanging out at the resort. If booked prior to your trip the last I checked it was $168 per person per day, but includes food and drinks unlimited.
To arrive you can book your shuttle in advance for a price per person through the resort, hire a taxi or uber (make sure you check price), or rent a car which I would do in advance as well. I would also encourage you to take photos of every scratch on the car you rent, and the insurance they offer because yours will not cover anything in Mexico!!
There are many activities around the marina. The concierge is happy to help you find what you are looking for.
