Iconic musician, Björk, is set to headline Western Australia's premier cultural event, Perth Festival, as it celebrates its 70th year in 2023.
The Perth Festival 2023 program features exciting, world-class performance, music, visual arts and literary events running from 10 February until 5 March 2023.
Against a visually spectacular landscape of lush colours, futuristic screens and wild images of nature, Björk will perform alongside musicians and choirs of flutes and voices in Perth’s Langley Park on select dates in March 2023.
Other festival highlights include: the West Australian Symphony Orchestra’s Music of the Spheres, the Perth debut of the Sydney Theatre Company’s Strange Case of Doctor Jekyll and Mr Hyde and the world premiere of the Djoondal display which combines cutting-edge immersive technology with Indigenous storytelling.
