Some of the great features include a lovely coastal-style living area with a big screen TV, an updated kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, two sparkling new bathrooms with rain showers and heaters, new built-in laundry, split system AC and DC ceiling fans, fully enclosed back yard with big, grassed area for kids and dogs, large brand-new covered deck area with gas BBQ and timber floors throughout.

The decor has a stylish coastal feel – with tempered blues and greys and a hint of lush green. The landscaped front and back yard are a mecca for birds – it’s a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the sunset and the chattering feathered critters such as New Holland Honeyeaters.

For entertainment and convenience, there is NBN WiFi and Xbox gaming console.

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.

The big backyard is fully fenced with 1.8M steel. The gates to the backyard are 1.2M steel. There is a big lawned area and plenty of shade. Your well-behaved pets are very welcome inside.

There is a long driveway for off-street parking of cars and boats. The garage is not available for guest use. Please note that this property is not available for Schoolies booking and doesn't accept 25 December Arrival/Departure.Other things to note
